v Individual Consulting & Planning We will be your individual consultant, taking care of all your planning needs. We will be available
v Decorations & Set-up We will oversee the design, decoration, and set-up of your party and will coordinate with our set-up staff (if needed) prior to your party and the day of your party to make sure every detail is taken care of.
v Catering We will contract our full service catering references and we will provide you with their menus and rates at our discounted prices.
v Invitations/Programs Ann’Ju & Co. will provide you with different formats of invitation options on our professional level for your event. If you choose a more professionalized format beyond what we provide, Ann’Ju & Co. can and will provide the company of your choice all your necessary invitation needs and wants.
v Music & Entertainment We have extensive lists of the best musicians, bands, and DJs. We will provide contracting and coordination of your music and entertainment needs through a third party entertainment company. I will provide you with their rates at our discounted prices.
v Party Hosting I will attend and oversee your party, along with one assistant (if needed). Any needs that must be met during the party will be taken care of and I will coordinate scheduling for the entertainment, music, and any other function of the event.
v Break-Down & Clean-Up Ann’Ju & Co. employs its own crews for these services. You will not have to worry at all about the state of the rented facility when your party is over. We will take care of everything.
